I know what it's like to feel anxious about our food choices while we're pregnant. In 2021, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. At my first Prenatal appointment, I was so disappointed that the only nutrition advice I received was a “foods to avoid” list. It immediately made me feel so anxious about my food choices. I couldn't stop thinking about the many other women who may have or will experience the same feelings I did then.
I started to deep dive into the research myself and was so amazed. I immediately invested in further pre/postnatal nutrition training, so other expectant mamas could feel confident in their food choices during pregnancy and beyond.
